Here’s what we collect and why, in plain language.
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to put in your profile and listings. That’s it for account setup — we don’t ask for more than we need.
Listings and location
When you post a listing, you provide a general location so people can find things near them. We don’t require or display your exact address publicly however it does include the street name if you’ve given your exact address to help narrow down the search. When creating a listing, you are free to put in as little as the zipcode if you are concerned about your address privacy.
Messages
Messages between users stay on the platform. We don’t display your email or phone number publicly, and we don’t share your contact information with other users without your action to do so.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t run tracking scripts that follow you around the internet after you leave.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t currently record analytics data, however we may place a script from Simple Analytics, a privacy first analytics company, in the future.
Your data, your control
You can update or delete your account information at any time. If you want your account and listings fully removed, contact [support email] and we’ll take care of it.
